2. Scope of Services
Pradeep Kiradoo provides astrology-based services, which may include but are not limited to:

- Kundli / birth chart preparation and interpretation
- Relationship, career, business, education, health, and life-path guidance based on astrology
- Written astrological reports and recommendations

All services are interpretative in nature and based on traditional astrological systems, calculations, and practitioner expertise.
3. Eligibility & Age Requirement
Paid services are available only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
By using the website or services, you confirm that you are legally competent to enter into a binding agreement under Indian law.
Services for minors, if any, must be booked by a parent or legal guardian, who assumes full responsibility.
4. User Information & Accuracy Obligation
To deliver astrology services, users may be required to provide personal information including but not limited to:

5. Consultation Timings, Availability & Communication
5.1 Official Business & Session Hours
All services, consultations, responses, and support are provided strictly during the following business hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 8:30 PM (Indian Standard Time). No consultations or official support are guaranteed outside these hours unless explicitly confirmed in writing.
5.2 Booking & Confirmation
A consultation is considered confirmed only after payment (where applicable) and confirmation via email, phone, or WhatsApp.
Users must ensure availability at the confirmed time slot.
6. Rescheduling, Delays & No-Show Policy
Requests for rescheduling must be made during business hours via the official contact details.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and approval.
Late joining by the user may result in reduced session time.
Failure to attend a confirmed session without prior notice may be treated as a completed service and may not be eligible for a refund.
7. Payments, Pricing & Refund Policy
All prices for services are communicated before confirmation.
Payments are required in advance unless otherwise stated.
Once a consultation or report has been delivered, payments are non-refundable.
Note: Refunds, if any, are granted solely at the discretion of Pradeep Kiradoo in cases of: Technical failure from our side, or Non-delivery of the confirmed service.
Dissatisfaction with outcomes, predictions, or interpretations does not qualify for a refund.
8. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
Users agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, abuse, or use inappropriate language
- Misuse services or attempt unauthorized access
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute content without permission
- Impersonate another individual
Violation may result in refusal or termination of services without refund.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this website, including text, graphics, reports, designs, logos, and materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of Pradeep Kiradoo unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
